Statutory Notice: RankUP.in is a commercial advertising marketplace. Payments made on this platform purchase a deterministic, transparent, and fixed rank position for promotional and marketing purposes only. Payment does not constitute a stake, wager, bet, or entry fee for any game of chance, skill, contest, or lottery.

1. Nature of Service

RankUP.in provides digital advertising space arranged in a real-time, transparent sponsored leaderboard format. Advertisers pay to display their website URL, brand name, tagline, and profile links to visitors.

2. Deterministic Delivery

Upon successful payment verification, the advertiser's listing is immediately inserted or re-seated at the mathematically exact rank position calculated by the platform's public ranking algorithm. Delivery of the advertising service is instantaneous and complete upon placement on the leaderboard.

3. Content Moderation & Prohibited Materials

Advertisers are strictly prohibited from submitting links to chat/invite groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Signal), pornography/NSFW materials, fraudulent schemes, hate speech, or content violating the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

4. Grievance Redressal

Per the IT Rules 2021, any complaint regarding listed content may be addressed to our appointed Grievance Officer at prac.ca.admin@gmail.com. All valid complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and acted upon per statutory timelines.
